Rules Pertaining to Organization of Outstation Acupressure Training Programs

The Sansthan conducts two types of basic acupressure training programs:

1. Three-Day Basic Acupressure Training Program
2. Five-Day Basic Acupressure Training Program

Both Chinese acupressure and Ayurvedic acupressure streams are conducted separately.

**Training Kit Requirements:**
- Organizers must provide each trainee with a standard Sansthan-approved acupressure kit (literature/instruments) costing approximately ?300
- Organizers receive 40% discount on Sansthan-published books included in kits

**Program Fees Structure:**
- *Three-Day Program:*
  - Minimum 50 trainees required
  - ?10,000 fee to Sansthan
  - ?100 per additional trainee beyond 50

- *Five-Day Program:*
  - Minimum 50 trainees required
  - ?15,000 fee to Sansthan
  - ?150 per additional trainee beyond 50

**Planning Requirements:**
- Schedule training dates in consultation with Sansthan VP (Training) at least 3 months in advance
- Submit proposed training fees structure for approval (including all anticipated expenses)
- Finalize number of required trainers with Sansthan VP

**Organizer Responsibilities:**
1. **Logistics:**
   - Book appropriate training venue/hall
   - Arrange error-free PA system, lighting, and backup generator
   - Provide daily tea/refreshments for all participants and trainers

2. **Trainer Accommodations:**
   - Cover 3rd AC round-trip train fares for Sansthan training team
   - Arrange suitable boarding, lodging, and local transportation

3. **Administrative:**
   - Conduct proper registration (including photo forms)
   - Organize inaugural/closing ceremonies
   - Manage press conferences
   - Distribute training kits to participants

4. **Financial:**
   - Remit training fees and kit costs to Sansthan 1 month prior
   - Establish on-site sales counter for Sansthan books/instruments (profits shared 50-50)
   - Pay ?250/day for laptop/projector rental

**Additional Provisions:**
- The Sansthan maintains strict discipline and expects punctuality
- Special circumstances may warrant rule modifications through mutual consultation
- Computer-based training requires projector/laptop (?250/day additional)
