Fill ARF form (ARF = ASPEUS Registration Form)
Online "ASPEUS Registration form (Click on Link)" or
Offline form (pdf) and register yourself as ASPEUS Member.

Eligibility
 You Should have done both Basic Trainings by ASPEUS ( Chinese & Ayurvedic Acupressure).

Registration Fee
This includes yearly fees of lifetime membership ( 100/- once/lifetime) ,
Technical staff fee ( as therapist/ lecturer - 100/- every year) , and
Saraswati Magazine Membership ( 450/- yearly ). 
Total fee =  650/- (100/- Member Fee, 100/- Staff Fee, 450/- Magazine Fee).
(Local members, total fee = 500/- yearly)

Payment Mode 
(Online)  Deposit Rs. 650/- in our ICICI bank A/C No. 628205024963, IFSC No. ICIC0006282
& E-mail Receipt at aspeus.membership@gmail.com.
(Offline) Submit form and fee to Pankaj Kesarwani (9389111003).

OPTION - If Not done any basic trainings on acupressure , still you can Enroll as "Saraswati Magazine Member".
